The club is now working and open taking all submissions, please know that the stock feature has been postponed and not canceled. Those of you who have sent stock artist nominations are noted and will be considered.


We have noticed that there are a good many photo-manipulation clubs that have more or less members then Mimzy, as such Mimzy would like to offer a hand of friendship and a big fat hello from all of us and provide a link in our journals to their club and activities.

Ok everyone notes are fixed ant all that jazz. Thank goodness

We are asking any member interested in creating an ID for the club to please do so, we ask that if you decide to use any other members work in it that you ask the member before hand.
The ID should have
the club’s name ~> Mimzy and Tweaks Photo-Manipulation Club and possibly our slogan “Manipulate Your Imagination” (Please feel free to come up with a slogan of your own and to not feel obligated to use ours. Or simply don't have a slogan at all which is fine. )
The ID should not be wider then 400 pixels to avoid being cut off.
Cite ALL of your stock credits if there are any

Please note that you may submit as many deviantIDs as you wish. We will switch them out periodically when we update the clubs page, so it would be nice to have a variety.

This is NOT a contest so please know that there will be no polls or winners. This is simply a club project and having the satisfaction of seeing your ID on the club page.

Post as much as you want in what ever genre. Please check out the thread before you post as we have taken the liberty of posting some of your work in the gallery to get things started. So please make sure that something of yours is not already posted.

The next journal will feature work with texture usage. Should you or anyone you know that would like to be featured please send a note. Please consider that you or this person should be open for questioning from members who are new to textures and want to learn more.

Thoughts are be thrown around for the next mini competition. Meaning that the competition will only last two weeks at the most and will have a short sue date for submissions.
If you have any ideas let us know.

A new journal feature will be opened up that will be based educationally on textures their uses and how to use them. I already have a few people in mind who work with textures well, but if you have any suggestions let me know. Please note that this person ( even if they are not a member) must be open to answering questions. :
